stray
September 26th: Stray. I think his name is Quinn. I think he comes to the park with a woman and another older dog named (like my dog) Maddie. Found wandering down around the big pond friday. No tags. I helped a woman who comes to the park only now and then , who has a dog named Princess capture him. She phoned either Ossining Town or Ossining Village police; they said to bring him to them and they would eventually take him to Briarcliff SPCA. I phoned around Saturday, and no one has any records of him arriving anywhere.
