DIESEL NEW RESCUE
Diesel has come to the park. One and a half years old, bulldog. Lynn, who lost her dear 12 year old bulldog SPOT recently, adopted Diesel to keep PUGSLY her one eyed pug company. She sent me this note about Diesel's recent history.
Hi Marty - The Diesel story as I know it. He lived with a family in NYC for a year (I assume they bought him as a puppy) and they had to move out of state. They put an ad on Craigs List and an older man who had desperately wanted a bulldog got him. He then got very ill and had to go into a hospital just one short month after he got Diesel. He was heartbroken. A friend of his took Diesel in, and called Long Island Bulldog Rescue. They had just received my application that day. She called me and we went to the city that night and returned with Diesel! It was love at first site - how could you not love that gorgeous wrinkled face? He is about 1 1/2 years old. Lynn
